Infopia, a leader in multi-channel online selling solutions, held its annual summit recently in Salt Lake City, Utah. The three-day event provided a forum to help customers fully utilize their Infopia investment, to optimize online selling tools and technologies, and to help Infopia learn how to meet the needs of customers now and in the future.
Infopia said an informal survey of summit participants confirmed some industry trends that indicate that more online merchants are using multiple online selling channels; marketing initiatives and priorities for the next six months include email campaigns, pay-per-click advertising and website optimization; and fees for listing, advertising, and transactions continue to be a top concern.
"This was an important event for us to listen to our customers and industry partners, and strengthen those relationships," explained Bjorn Espenes, chief executive officer of Infopia. "It is vital to stay in touch with our customers and keep a pulse on their challenges and opportunities."
