Infopia, a provider of multi-channel online selling solutions, announced the appointment of two executives formerly of WebTrends and of eBay. Kory Kimball is Infopia's new Vice President of Client Services, and Cindy Purvance is Director of Customer Care.
Kimball is responsible for Infopia’s client services team and focused on "creating the best customer experience in ecommerce." Previously, he was vice president of client services at WebTrends. Kimball has an accounting and business degree from the University of Washington, and is a licensed C.P.A.
Purvance leads Infopia's customer management team to ensure customer success and support. Previously, she managed eBay's program to educate its Seller Development teams about eBay Certified Providers and was also the senior account manager for eBay Live Auctions, servicing over 300 auction houses worldwide, including Sotheby's. Her eclectic background includes a degree in cell and molecular biology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
