Infopia Integrates with eBay Giving Works Charity Program

Infopia announced a new integration with eBay's Giving Works charity program. The integration allows Infopia merchants to easily incorporate charitable giving into their online business. Infopia said merchants can use cause marketing to attract new customers and boost revenue by enabling part of their eBay sales to be donated to charitable organizations, balancing business with social responsibility.

eBay Giving Works is powered by MissionFish and lets online sellers select from over 10,000 non-profit organizations. Sellers using Infopia's Marketplace Manager can designate which listings to include in the program and what percentage of the final sale goes to the charity of their choice. All eBay Giving Works listings are prominently identified by a ribbon icon in the title bar of the listing for all search results as well as on the listing page.

Infopia CEO Bjorn Espenes said, "With Infopia's close relationship with eBay Giving Works, we know sellers will benefit from increased visibility of their listings and brand, greater customer loyalty, and higher profitability. This also benefits the thousands of charities participating in the program by increasing awareness and contributions from new sources. It is truly a "win-win" situation for everyone, and Infopia is honored to be the catalyst."
