eBay Certified-Provider As Was has launched a new tool called EverySeller Research (ESR) that allows eBay sellers to track activity on their eBay and eBay Store listings, an activity known as analytics or emetrics. EverySeller Research allows sellers to determine when shoppers view listings. For example, a report could determine the popular days of the week and times of day that shoppers viewed a seller's eBay core auction listings in the Men's Clothing category with a particular brand name in the title.
Sellers can also determine what keywords shoppers are using to find items; they can review how shoppers narrow down searches; and they can determine whether shoppers click on links inside listings - such as links into their eBay Store.
As Was said the reporting in EverySeller Resesarch is flexible, and allows users to narrow reports down based on date range, type of eBay listings, category, and keywords in titles.
As Was President Debbie Levitt said, "We always want to see our clients do more to fine tune their strategies, and we know that they need good data about their own businesses to achieve that. EverySeller Research along with an eBay Marketplace Data tool like Terapeak.com is the perfect one-two punch."
EverySeller Research costs a flat-fee of $27 per month for unlimited usage for each eBay account and includes 3-month archiving. Users may upgrade their accounts to include storage: archiving costs $3 per month for each stored month of data.
The tool joins eBay Traffic Reports and third-party tool Sellathon ViewTracker - recently sold to Auctiva - as methods sellers can employ to track traffic to their eBay listings.
As Was is holding three webinars in the month of April to demonstrate the new service, a link to the event calendar can be found on the EverySeller.com home page.
