The New York Public Library has selected "The eBay Price Guide" for its Best of Reference list for 2007. The author, Julia Wilkinson, is a contributing writer to AuctionBytes newsletters and also wrote "eBay: Top 100 Simplified Tips & Tricks" (Wiley), "My Life at AOL," and numerous ebooks.
"The eBay Price Guide: What Sells for What (in Every Category!)" from No Starch Press (June 2006) helps buyers determine how much to bid or how much to pay on eBay for items ranging from rare books and sports memorabilia to computer parts and video games, covering nearly every eBay niche and the most popular subcategories. A companion CD contains additional reference material and includes a customized version of HammerTap's DeepAnalysis auction research software.
The New York Public Library said of the book, "This isn't your grandfather's price guide."
