eBay Inc. appointed David Moffett, former Vice Chairman and CFO of U.S. Bancorp, to its Board of Directors. Moffett's will serve on the board's Audit Committee. He has over 30 years of strategic finance and operational experience in banking and payment processing and currently serves on the Boards of three other companies - MBIA, Building Materials Holding Corporation (BMHC) and E.W. Scripps Company.
