eBay continues to solicit feedback from buyers and sellers on the new features it is rolling out on the eBay marketplace. In eBay's blog on Wednesday, the Director of Product Management for eBay Search Jeff King outlined some of the issues with the current search that eBay is trying to address with the new search system dubbed Finding 2.0.
eBay launched "the Playground" in late June, a version of the live site where users could interact with the beta version of Finding 2.0 (http://www.auctionbytes.com/cab/abn/y07/m06/i26/s02).
King said eBay is especially interested in users' comments on the taxonomy of the site: "Do we have the right categories, attributes, refinement tools, etc."
Users can see other changes coming to eBay on a new "Sneak Peek" area and preview new features such as the forthcoming Window Shopping feature (http://www.auctionbytes.com/cab/abn/y07/m07/i03/s01).
