Here is today's AuctionBytes online-auction news roundup.

At least two international eBay sites have announced fee changes. AuctionBytes is waiting for clarification from eBay on what those changes are exactly. A spokesperson said Thursday that there is not necessarily a correlation between those country-specific announcements and what may or may not happen in any other markets.
