Infopia has enhanced its merchant support team of dedicated account managers. It also launched the eCommerce Success Center, built upon salesforce.com's customer relationship management solution and providing increased support quality and efficiency through streamlined communication for merchants and a comprehensive 360-degree view of support issues for Infopia account managers.
Infopia's enhanced account management team provides expert assistance in optimizing ecommerce operations. In addition to product support, training, and issue resolution, account managers now provide consultation to merchants on new marketplaces, shopping comparison feeds, technical issues and best practices for maximizing online selling capabilities.
Infopia customer Trey Barnett of BE-LUXE, a company specializing in luxury, designer, and couture shoes, handbags, and clothing, said "With an account manager who understands my business, Infopia provides me with the expertise and personalized guidance that drives my business on all fronts, including eBay, our website, and comparison shopping engines."
