eBay seller Timothy Vernor, who filed a lawsuit against Autodesk Inc. last month over VeRO issues, sent an email to AuctionBytes with an update on his case.
"The publicity I received brought my case to the attention of Greg Beck, an attorney for the Public Citizen Litigation Group. He has agreed to represent me. Public Citizen is a consumer rights non-profit group started over 30 years ago by Ralph Nader. Greg has already successfully represented two eBay sellers in DMCA abuse cases.
