eBay UK is running a promotion from October 23rd through the end of the year that gives sellers in the Photography and Toys & Games categories free Gallery and reduced listing fees, but higher final value fees. For example, a listing with a Gallery photo starting at 99p will now cost 5p compared to 30p normally, and if the item sells, the seller pays a higher final value fee.
