eBay Slot Machine - Does It Take PayPal?

Clevelandleader.com reports that eBay CEO Meg Whitman is allowing the marketing of an eBay slot machine. IGT (International Game Technology) introduced the eBay video slot machine at the Global Gaming Expo in Las Vegas this week. There's no indication how much eBay will get in the licensing deal.

Interestingly, Whitman had banned the use of PayPal for payment processing related to online gambling when eBay acquired the payment service in 2002. Approximately 6% of PayPal's revenues that year had been derived from online gambling payment processing. Last year, eBay softened their stance when it began allowing users in the UK to use PayPal on Betfair, a large online betting-exchange available in EU countries where online gambling is allowed.
