GiveAGiftBasket.com CEO Tracy Dixon was interviewed in an AuctionBytes podcast about her Internet retail business. Tracy founded GiveAGiftBasket.com ten years ago after the birth of her first child and continues to run the business out of her home.

Tracy said that 90 percent of the time, GiveAGiftBasket is a one-woman show. She talks about the importance of presenting a professional image to her corporate clients. She uses a telecommunications service from RingCentral, which gives her the flexibility to create phone extensions for the seasonal employees she hires during the holidays when the company fulfills up to 50 gift baskets a day.
