As sales grew for online retailer DoggyPads.com, the business had to expand its 3,000 square-foot warehouse to keep pace. The company, which has been in business for two-and-a-half years and sells housebreaking products to consumers and retailers, looked for a solution.
Doggypads is based in Los Angeles, California, and imports its products in large quantities from China. AuctionBytes chatted with founder Mark Stern about how he handled the growing pains of the business by outsourcing fulfillment to a company called Shipwire.
