eBay is holding a 1-day listing promotion in which insertion fees for Fixed Price listings will be 20 cents on www.ebay.com. The promotion does not apply to auction format listings and runs one day only, December 13, 2007. eBay is urging sellers to "cash in on last minute shopping" with the promotion. All other fees apply, see website for details and restrictions. (eBay Canada held a promotion on Wednesday for Canadian residents.)
