Jack Stephenson is PayPal's new Senior Vice President of Strategy and New Ventures and is responsible for defining the strategic direction of the company. Stephenson was formerly a director with McKinsey & Company where he led its North American payments practice.
Mary Anne Gillespie is PayPal's Vice President of Sales, responsible for increasing the adoption of PayPal's payment services among online merchants around the world. Gillespie has more than 30 years of sales experience and was Vice President of Sales at Guidewire Software before joining PayPal.
Barry Herstein is Chief Marketing Officer, responsible for PayPal's global branding and marketing initiatives. Herstein was formerly CMO for American Express International's consumer business where he developed and implemented integrated consumer marketing strategies designed to grow AmEx usage outside of the U.S.
Robert Mansell is PayPal's Vice President of Product Development, responsible for overseeing PayPal product strategy and development. Prior to joining PayPal, Mansell spent more than 13 years at Visa International. Most recently, he served as vice president of VisaNet Authorization System at Inovant, Visa International's IT organization. In that capacity, he played a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of Visa's global credit and debit authorization applications. He also led risk prediction and fraud detection initiatives, enabling enhanced real-time phishing detection and risk prediction applications.
