Online auction site Delcampe has launched a Candian site. Listings are posted in Canadian currency and the site has English and French language versions. Listings on Delcampe Canada will also be visible on Delcampe.net. Delcampe.ca offers sellers no insertion fees and low commission fees.
European-based Delcampe has a strong community of collectors. Last year the auction site created an e-wallet system in conjunction with UK-based payment service MoneyBookers to help members facilitate trading domestically and internationally.
Delcampe has websites in Belgium, France, the United States, Great Britain, Germany, Spain, Italy and Netherlands in six languages: English, French, Spanish, Italian, German and Dutch.
Site founder Sebastien Delcampe said on Friday the Canadian site has attracted more than 3000 Canadian collectors since its launch.
