The service works by letting buyers type their question into an Advanced FAQ search box; ezSupport for eBay then returns the appropriate answer from that specific seller's FAQ Knowledgebase. For example, if a buyer types, "What happens if the battery doesn't fit my cell phone?," ezSupport for eBay will instantly show that specific seller's answer, such as, "Cell phone batteries may be returned within 14 days of receipt."
The ezSupport for eBay product is available worldwide. After a free 30-day trial, it is priced at $19.95 per support rep per month and is available on a month-to-month subscription basis. ezSupport for eBay supports Windows and Macintosh and is compatible with Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Firefox, and Safari browsers.
