eBay has launched an advanced FAQs feature in conjunction with two vendors aimed at helping sellers manage customer service. Sellers who use the feature must subscribe to the feature directly through the providers - Hosted Support and Parature.

When buyers click on the "Ask Seller a Question" link, they'll be able to review and search Advanced FAQs to find the answer to their question, as well as send emails if they wish. eBay said any seller is welcome to use the Advanced FAQs but said they would be most beneficial for high-volume sellers.

eBay will continue to offer sellers its basic Frequently Asked Questions feature. More information is available on the eBay site (http://pages.ebay.com/advancedfaqs).
