Managing Director of eBay UK Doug McCallum will be moving to a new position leading Europe-wide. Mark Lewis will replace him. McCallum was appointed Managing Director of eBay UK in December 2001 and oversaw strategic planning, business development and operations for the UK market. Lewis joined eBay UK in 2004, leading teams that look after buyer and seller experience, customer and PowerSeller support, and eBay for Charity.
eBay announced last Wednesday that Meg Whitman would be stepping down as President and CEO of eBay Inc. on March 31, 2008 (http://www.auctionbytes.com/cab/abn/y08/m01/i24/s01). She is being replaced by John Donahoe, current head of eBay Marketplaces.
