With sellers threatening to boycott its site next week, eBay announced a 20-cent listing day promotion on Tuesday scheduled for February 13, 2008. Insertion fees for auction and fixed-price listings will be 20 cents on eBay.com. All other fees apply, see website for details and restrictions.
