ChannelAdvisor extended its strategic alliance with Overstock.com through August 31, 2011. The original agreement, which allows ChannelAdvisor merchants to list inventory on Overstock.com Shopping, was announced in March 2007, at which time Overstock CEO Patrick Byrne reported that 68 percent of Overstock sales were drop-shipped from its network of partners. ChannelAdvisor said on Tuesday it would waive all its fees associated with selling via Overstock.com through August 31, 2011.
