Amazon.com said in an effort to ensure its customers can find the latest version of products, it will begin providing information to showcase the latest version available. In addition to, "What do Customers Ultimately Buy After Viewing This Item?" a reference will be made to a newer version of the product. The announcement stated, "This image and link will allow customers to quickly navigate to the most current version of a product. This change will have no impact on a customer's ability to buy the product on the page being viewed."
