Reading AuctionBytes: eBay's Shopping.com Launches Self-Help Portal for Its Merchants

eBay's comparison-shopping site Shopping.com launched an updated Merchant Account Center (MAC) with a "self help portal." The new portal includes a knowledgebase of issues and solutions, discussion forums, and a News and Archives blog.
