eBay and eBay Canada are running a 1-cent promotion for sellers with minimum Detailed Seller Ratings (DSRs) of 4.5 who list auction format listings with a starting price of under one dollar. Listings must also specify shipping costs or use the Shipping Calculator to qualify for the promotion.
eBay is holding the promotion, which runs through the end of March, "to reward sellers who consistently delight their buyers." New sellers who don't yet have DSR ratings are also eligible.
