Amazon.com is looking for sellers to participate in usability sessions regarding selling products on Amazon.com. The sessions will take place April 8-10, 2008, and will be approximately 90 minutes long, and participants will receive a $100 Amazon gift card. Sellers must be at least 18 years old, able to get to Amazon's offices in Seattle, Washington, and be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement. Interested sellers can complete a questionnaire for consideration. (The link to the questionnaire was working sporadically on Thursday.)

The survey asks sellers on which websites they currently sell, and give the following options: Amazon.com, Your own website, eBay, eBay express, Yahoo, Half.com, and other.

Amazon also told sellers that effective April 8, 2008, it would replace all direct-dial support numbers with its online Click to Call feature. "Calls will still be toll-free, but they must be initiated using the Click to Call feature located in the Help section of your Seller Account. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with this feature."
