eBay is running a promotion that lets sellers who offer free shipping on their auction-style or fixed-price format listings receive a 15 percent discount on Final Value Fees for those items - if they have a Detailed Seller Ratings (DSR) of 4.5 or higher on all of their DSR scores. The promotion runs May 23 - June 1, 2008.
Among the restrictions are the following: Insurance and Handling must either not be required or have its cost set to zero; postage service should not be "Local Delivery/Pick Up or "Other"; if the listing is a multiple item listing, the shipping cost for additional items must also be zero.
Listings that use Markdown Manager to offer free shipping will not be eligible for this promotion. See website for details and other restrictions.
