Window Book announced a new Return Merchandise system in its Postal Package Partner software for USPS return service. The new feature is ideal for sellers who offer a return policy offering free return shipping.
The company said online retailers can now use its Postal Package Partner software to easily print Return Merchandise labels that can be sent out with the package without prepaying for the postage. The postage is deducted from the original shipper's permit account only if and when the item is returned. Sellers can have preprinted return labels included in every package to make it easy for the end customer.
Postal Package Partner shipping software enables shippers to print shipping labels, calculate postage and special services fees, create postal manifest, print postage statements, and management reports. Benefit include Electronic Delivery and Signature Confirmation, automated and highly customizable email notification, and postal manifesting.
