eBay Australia is running a 10-day promotion in which auction or fixed price listings with a starting price of 99 cents will be charged zero listing fees. The auction site said it would be "arming buyers with tips on how to find the best bargains & search for items starting at 99c or less so take advantage and get them bidding on your item." The promotion runs July 12 - 21, 2008. The promotion is restricted to registered members of any eBay site with an Australian registered address. All other fees apply, see website for details and restrictions.
