eBay Australia will sponsor the Professional eBay Sellers Alliance summit in September in Melbourne. eBay Vice President Simon Smith will be a keynote speaker with a session entitled "Partnering to Build the Marketplace." PayPal and Shopping.com, along with eBay, are platinum sponsors of the event.

Phil Leahy, President of the eBay seller organization, said in a press release, "After a number of significant changes and challenges this year, PeSA is looking forward to getting back to business and Sellers back to providing a great experience to eBay buyers.
