Schmidt is President & CEO of R & H Security Consulting LLC, and he was formerly Chief Security Officer of Microsoft, Chief Information Security Officer for eBay and Cyber Security Advisor for the White House. Bill Kerrigan, former Executive Vice President at McAfee, and Bob Marshall, President and CEO of WeatherBug, were also named to the advisory board.
