VUDU, a service that delivers Internet entertainment to consumers' HDTVs and Home Theaters, announced that former eBay financial executive Chris Watts will join the company as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Watts will oversee all finance and accounting operations, along with human resources, legal and administrative functions. He brings 15 years financial management and consulting experience, most recently as divisional CFO for eBay's North America marketplaces, including eBay.com, StubHub, Shopping.com, and Rent.com.
Former eBay executive Rajiv Dutta, who served as eBay CFO, President of Skype, President of PayPal, and President of eBay Marketplaces consecutively over a 10-year period, was named to VUDU's Board of Directors in January.
