If you are involved in an eBay transaction with a member in one of these affected regions, this is a reminder that their ability to complete the transaction may be delayed, and we encourage you to be patient with them. In addition, DHL said its Billing Department has been impacted by the storm as a result of evacuations, and asked customers to be patient as it manages incoming calls with reduced staffing.
