eBay is hosting several hundred sellers in Miami on Thursday as part of a series of regional events called "eBay In Person." eBay staff will discuss recent policy changes and the future direction of the company. There will also be sessions on how sellers can improve their businesses on eBay, such as "Boosting Your Customer Service, DSR, and Feedback"; "Improving Your Visibility in Search Results"; and Shipping Best Practices.
As reported in May, eBay cancelled its 2009 eBay Live conference to hold the smaller events instead. The next eBay Live conference is scheduled to take place in 2010. The September 25th event in Florida is an all-day event taking place at the Hyatt Regency Miami. There's a $25 charge, and walk-ins are welcome. eBay's Chatter blog will cover the event.
