The promotion applies to auction listings only, and only for durations of 1, 3 or 5 days. In addition, sellers must have a 12-month Detailed Seller Rating of 4.5 or higher on all criteria. Sellers who qualify receive 50-percent off listing fees for eligible listings. Seven- and 10-day listings are excluded from the promotion.
