eBay experienced problems with its customer support phone lines beginning at 8:00 am on Wednesday. eBay said on Thursday afternoon that the customer support lines were back at full capacity. "We know how heavily you depend on getting the help you need quickly in order to run your business and enjoy your buying experiences on eBay, and we are committed to providing this support. We weren't able to live up to that commitment these last couple of days, and for this, we apologize."
