 eBay will hold its annual meeting of stockholders in San Jose, California, on April 29, 2009. For the past seven years it held its annual meetings in the month of June, in conjunction with its eBay Live community conference. But eBay announced last May it would not hold a conference in 2009. eBay set a new deadline for the receipt of stockholder proposals for inclusion in eBay's proxy materials for the 2009 Annual Meeting. Proposals must be received no later than February 13, 2009.
