Reading AuctionBytes: eBay UK to Improve Dispute Resolution

eBay UK told sellers that, over the coming months, it would be working on a number of pilots and initiatives to improve the resolution process. However, the company revealed little in the way of details: "We look forward to providing updates throughout the year on these initiatives. When is this happening? Throughout 2009."

The announcement was made in eBay UK's March newsletter for sellers. eBay also reminded sellers of some policy changes, including mandatory dispatch time, the elimination of the Multiple Item Auction format in May, and a reminder that Royal Mail price increases would take affect on April 6th.

eBay UK also told users that changes to the Seller Dashboard would be made available on March 9th.
