eBay launched new DSR reporting capabilities in the Seller Dashboard. The reports are designed to give sellers greater insight into their Detailed Seller Ratings (DSRs), which buyers leave anonymously after a transaction.
Sellers can create reports showing how DSRs vary by category, buyer location, date range, shipping service and more. All sellers with 10 or more DSRs in the past 12 months have access to the Seller Dashboard. To see the new Seller Dashboard, sellers may log into My eBay and look for the link under the Account tab.
