eBay is meeting with a small group of top sellers in Miami this week. Last year, the company announced it was canceling its annual conference, which usually attracted 10,000 attendees, in favor of several small meetings around the country. eBay met with 50 top sellers at Long Beach last month where it pre-announced forthcoming policies. It's not known if eBay will share news at its Miami meeting - the company is expected to make some major announcements in April.
The company had made attendees of its Long Beach meeting sign non-disclosure agreements. eBay is scheduled to have additional such meetings throughout 2009.
