eBay will host law enforcement officials at a seminar on Internet crime. During the event, part of which is open to the media, eBay will showcase programs that foster collaboration between local, federal and international law enforcement and its own trust and safety team.

The event takes place in Washington, DC, on April 21, 2009. Speakers include Tod Cohen, Vice President & Deputy General Counsel of eBay Government Relations; Jack Christin, Senior Regulatory Counsel; Edward Torpoco, Senior Litigation and Regulatory Counsel; and Stoney Burke, Supervisor, PROACT Program.
