Online auction site Bonanzle has added detailed product attributes, called "Item Traits," to categories. For example, sellers listing a handbag may see item traits available for "material," "brand," and "main color." Bonanzle has set up its item traits to automatically map to corresponding Google Attributes where possible. The company said sellers may continue to manually add Google Base Attributes where they please. Shoppers can also now filter search results by item traits. (Link to announcement.)
Bonanzle has also added the ability for international buyers to filter their search by items where sellers have specified that shipping is available to their country. In addition, if a user from another country is logged in, they'll be shown the price to ship the item to their home country (as specified in their account settings) on the item show page.
