Universal Live Auctions (ULA) will launch its new live-auction platform on July 2, 2009. ULA was one of the companies that aggregated non-auctioneer sellers into eBay's Live Auction platform and participated in auctions on Sotheby's, Proxibid, Live Auctioneers and Go Antiques.

The company charges no listing or feature item fees for sellers. The platform accommodates both non-auctioneers and auctioneers, and ULA runs 15-20 live Internet auctions each month for a total of 8,000 items auctioned monthly. It sends between 20,000 to 50,000 emails each week highlighting current auctions and has a database of over 100,000 bidders and buyers.
