Infopia is launching a perpetual cart this week as part of its ecommerce solutions for online sellers. Also called a hovering mini cart, it travels with shopper as they move through an ecommerce website and displays total number of items in the cart, total dollar amount, thumbnails of all items, price for each product and the product name.
According to Infopia's Director of Development Anne Vincenti, the hover cart has premium mid/enterprise market functionality to drive conversions and increase cart size, and is a standard part of Infopia's offering.
Infopia is releasing the new feature as part of its Summer of Innovation - 10 weeks of innovations to its eCommerce Platform.
