ReplyManager Helps eBay Seller Respond to Customer Questions

ReplyManager email-management software is now available with eBay Ask The Seller integration. The web-hosted software uses the eBay trading API so that sellers can receive and respond to messages buyers have posted about active item listings through the eBay message center. The company said this helps to reduce duplicate emails and improves response times.

The eBay Ask the Seller integration connects directly with eBay to allow sellers to respond directly to buyers, which includes those buyers that choose to remain anonymous.

ReplyManager pricing starts at $50 for 50MB with unlimited users, unlimited accounts and unlimited folders.

You may quote up to 50 words of any article on the condition that you attribute the article to EcommerceBytes.com and either link to the original article or to www.EcommerceBytes.com.
