Ideeli, an invitation-only shopping site, closed a $20 million Series B round of financing from StarVest Partners, Constellation Growth Capital and Kodiak Venture Partners. With over 1.3 million members, Ideeli creates limited-time, online sales events with over 450 designer brands across a broad range of categories at members-only prices of up to 80% off of retail.
Ideeli, which launched in June 2007, also has an online presence on eBay.
