eBay UK reminded users it would soon be changing the discount structure offered to sellers. In July, eBay had announced the Top Rated Seller program that rolled out in October. As a result of those changes, beginning on January 16, eBay UK will give sellers Final Value Fee discounts only if they qualify for Top Rated Seller or Above Standard status, with discounts varying depending on both TRS status and volume of sales (i.e., bronze versus titanium PowerSeller).
In the U.S., eBay had announced that beginning in April, PowerSellers that don't have Top-rated seller status will get 5% Final Value Fee discounts.
