eBay has opened registration for its developers' conference in June. eBay DevCon 2010 will take place in San Jose at The Fairmont hotel on June 8th through the 10th. The event will include panels, technical labs, keynote addresses and "birds of a feather" groups where developers who build similar applications or use similar code can exchange ideas.
eBay DevCon 2010 is the 9th annual event, and allows eBay to listen to developers' needs and provide the tools they need to create, market and grow their businesses. It offers attendees:
Over 40 sessions: Hands on workshops, one-on-one sessions and best practices
A sneak peek on what's coming up in the near future;
Pre-conference Workshop sessions;
networking events, including the annual Beer Bash.
Developers can take advantage of early-bird rates of $99 if they register by April 9; for an additional $50, developers can sign up for Pre-conference workshops - which include eBay API Jumpstart and Selling Manager Applications Jumpstart - held on June 8. A student rate of $49 for the conference is available.
