ShipRush expanded its offering in May and began integrating with ecommerce shopping-carts. ShipRush currently integrates with Magento cart, X-Cart, Zencart and OSCommerce, with several more in the works.
ShipRush offers a shipping management solution that helps online merchants and sellers on eBay, Amazon and Yahoo Stores to manage their orders through FedEx, UPS and USPS. It also integrates with accounting software from Peachtree, QuickBooks, with online payment services Google Checkout and PayPal, as well as with CRM software, Outlook, Microsoft and SQL databases.
Rafael Zimberoff, ShipRush Product Manager at Zfirm LLC, said the company decided to integrate with shopping carts in order to support multi-channel selling by smaller merchants and to bring ShipRush into the "non marketplace" segment of ecommerce. Zimberoff said he believed the decision would help drive the growth of stand alone ecommerce, and said the company was starting with free platforms that have large footprints.
ShipRush does not release the number of users but Zimberoff characterized it as "many, many thousands." More information about Shiprush is found on this page and on the Shiprush website.
