Shopping cart software provider 3DCart launched a new feature that allows retailers to bring their online stores or individual products and promotions to their social media communities. The new Facebook Package adds an Online Store tab to a seller's Facebook profile; and the Twitter Package lets users instantly create and send Twitter promotion updates from their 3DCart interface.
3DCart's new Blog Package lets merchants create their own blog and post entries from 3Dcart without the need for Wordpress or Blogger. And the new Mobile Package offers design services to help merchants open a mobile-optimized store accessible from any iPhone or similar smartphone. The Mobile Package includes customized mCommerce template design, mobile store logo, mobile banner graphics, proprietary look and feel (color, fonts, etc.), and an auto-detect script that automatically routes mobile customers to the merchant's mobile store.
The new packages include complete setup and design as well as consulting services that show how to increase social media traffic and convert those visitors into buyers.
3DCart's Social Packages are now available for users of 3DCart 3.2. More information is available on the 3DCart website.
